Returns policy

Order cancellations
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from JUSTBLUFF for a full refund. To cancel your order contact returns@justbluff.com, quoting your order number, within 7 days of receiving the goods. Simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt.

Please fill in the back of your invoice with the reason for returning the item.

Exchange
You can exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred.
The cost of delivery of your new item is your responsibility.

Faulty or wrong items
If your item is faulty or you have received the wrong item please contact returns@justbluff.com.
We will not charge you for returning such items to us.

Discounted items
If a discount applied to your order, the refund you will receive will reflect the discount adjustment.

Please note:
- The items are your responsibility until they reach us
- The cost of returning the items to us is your responsibility unless a Faulty or Wrong item is delivered to you.

This Returns Policy will not affect your statutory rights.

*We will be unable to accept any returned items where there is evidence that the items has been tried on wearing perfume, deodorant or any type of cream that may leave a scent or a mark on the item. The item must be returned in its original packaging with all relevant documentation.
